Our process

1. Printability

Have 3D model files?
We accept STL, OBJ or STEP files. Our system will inspect and analyse the models for printability and defects. Start Upload & Quote

Not ready to upload a model?
Contact us and we can manually review your model, this will slow down time to production.

Broken model?
Some CAD software is notoriously poor at exporting print ready 3D models. If you are getting errors when uploading to our quoting engine or you

don’t have a 3D model file?
We also offer digital design services. Learn about our CAD service.

4. Payment

To place an order, proceed to checkout and enter your billing and delivery details.

Pay securely online with card to confirm your order. You will be emailed a VAT invoice and payment receipt.

If agreed in advance we can also accept Purchase Orders and Bank Transfers. Only available for large value orders.

2. Preferences

If the models pass our printability analysis you can then choose the material, colour, quantity and service required (Standard, Express or Weekend) per model.

Max build volume is 450x450x470mm. You may need to split the models into component parts to fit our max build volume.

5. Production

On receipt of payment, your order will enter production. We will keep you updated via email on the order status and progress.

Turnaround times

• Standard: 5 - 10 Working Days
• Express: 5 Working Days

3. Price

Our quoting engine will provide an exact cost per model based on your chosen preferences.

Tip: Amending the preferences for each model will re-calculate the quote in real-time.

We do not charge startup cost for 3D printing, startup is Free
Includes geometry analysis, basic mesh defect repair (if applicable), preparation of model(s), printer and material setup, print monitoring and cleanup.

6. Posted

Your order will be safely packaged and an email notification with a parcel tracking link will be sent to you.

Our UK and N/Ireland orders are shipped  using:

• Hermes Courier with POD & Tracking
• Royal Mail Tracked 24® delivery on request.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® and Pickup from

Enterprise House, Ocean Way, Ocean Village
